Is Insurance Accepted?
At this time, the following insurances are accepted through Headway:
Aetna
Cigna
Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield NJ
Oscar Health
Oxford
United Healthcare

If your insurance is not listed above, you can pay out of pocket, or investigate if your insurance company will pay for out-of-network services.
For questions regarding what your insurance will cover, please contact your insurance's Customer Service hotline and asking the following questions:
1. Do you cover for an out-of-network provider?
2. What is my co-pay for an out-of-network provider?
3. How many sessions do you cover?
4. Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
5. Do my benefits require pre-authorization? If so, how do I obtain this?
When are payment due?
All payments are due at the time of your scheduled session, unless paying with your insurance. If paying by insurance, instead of booking an online appointment, please contact me first.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Fresh Day Counseling, LLC accepts: All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Please note that additional fees may apply, when using a credit card.
What is Fresh Day Counseling LLC's Cancellation and No Show Policy?
Cancellation Policy
Please make sure all sessions are cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours.
All appointments not cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of your scheduled session will be charged a $75.00 fee. The cancellation fee is not covered by your health insurance plan. This policy is necessary, as space is limited, and another person could have utilized the space.
No-Show Policy
Your counselor will wait on the Zoom Conference Link for approximately ten (10) minutes. After that time, the session will be classified as a missed appointment. When two (2) consecutive sessions are missed or two (2) No-Shows occur, you will be removed from the schedule and will have to contact Fresh Day Counseling, LLC to be placed back on the schedule.
This will not apply if your counselor is informed in advance that you will not be available to the scheduled session.
